Recent Developments From OPINA
OPINA Platform

OPINA achieved the first milestone development of the online platform. The features of the online platform are simulation, development, vehicle configuration, project management and certification for ADAS/AD software development. The first milestone will provide solutions for simulating the existing ADAS/AD functions using an open-source simulation tool. This feature will be enhanced to commercial simulation by using commercial tools such as IPG Truckmaker MIL/SIL and dSpace SIL/HIL at the second and third milestone deliveries. A third-party scenario generator tool also is integrated with platform for generating scenarios with ASAM standard file formats such as OPEN drive and OPEN scenario. As an optional feature, the OPINA Platform will ensure conformance with standards such as ASAM, ISO 26262, Automotive Cyber Security and AUTOSAR for software development and validation. The next milestone will feature the online development environment for developing ADAS/AD software functions.

Services Offered by OPINA Infrastructure are Expanding

The range of services provided under the OPINA Platform infrastructure is developing and expanding day by day. Istanbul Okan University Transportation Technologies and Intelligent Automotive Systems (TTIS) Application and Research Center has started to provide the following automotive systems and simulation services under the OPINA infrastructure as of December 2022.
